My husband and I stayed here as a stop on our honeymoon tour and we have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff went above and beyond for us (upgraded our room for free, left flowers and champagne in the room a sweet note) and were consistently kind, attentive, and overall pleasant to interact with. You could tell the employees really care about providing good service. The hotel was clean, easy to get around, and located in a superb location (walking distance to pretty much everything). A couple things to note - the food was actually great. Sometimes hotel food is just mediocre but we thought it was worth coming back for a meal. The hotel is also very busy/popular due to location and Photo Booth inside so got quite crowded at night - but noise wasn't an issue near the rooms. Overall extremely happy with the room service experience and will absolutely be back. If you're thinking about it - highly recommend!

Hotel was very nice and the staff was terrific. The stay there would have been perfect but for the construction crew two doors away who thought it appropriate to start working (rather noisily) at 7AM IN THE MORNING!

"Booked here last minute after a terrible stay at another hotel in Amsterdam. Great hotel with friendly service at the front desk, bar and breakfast. Large, comfortable, clean room, ice machine at end of hallway. Proper cooked and continental buffet breakfast was fantastic. Car park was very useful. ..."
