"Celebrated our honeymoon at Innsbruck and the team from AC Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay a lovely one. Appreciate that they automatically upgraded us to a better room at the top level with amazing view. The room was clean, spacious. The staff were friendly and warm. "We had a lovely, spacious, modern, quiet room on level 5. It had a wonderful, large view of Innsbruck’s snowy mountains. Can’t beat the location- close to everything. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight every morning. We were only wanting for tissues and couple more pillows (which weren’t supplied), teas, sugar and coffees weren’t replaced daily - apart from that, would have been perfect!"

On the minus side, no room service available on our 1st night due to a 'private function' and the second night ( a Friday) we were told at 6pm the restaurant was full & therefore no room service again. We expressed our dissatisfaction & were given our food. I would expect any four star hotel to have available room service regardless of external functions or restaurant...
