"I did not have a good experience at this hotel. I booked a luxury suite and was told when I showed up that it was not available for 2 days. They put me and my girlfriend in a small and very dirty room for the first night which they claimed was the same price; I threatened to cancel my stay and somehow my suite then became available the next day. The suite was large and somewhat nice except for that the toilet did not work. I told reception about this everyday of my stay and they still did not...
