"I think this may be my first hotel review but this one was well worth taking the time to write about. The service here is outstanding and everyone there goes above and beyond. They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz. "

"The stay was great and close to everything. They gave us a free guest pass for staying for 4 days where you can get free bus rides within Interlaken and discounts. The food was also really good. This is a good hotel if you are planning to make Interlaken your base city."

"Hotel has delicious breakfast selections each morning marvelous team all around, rooms very clean , comfortable and surroundings are well kept . We also like proximity to church , train stations , restaurant Taverne in site serving delicious menus with great presentations . Also appreciate having coffee /tea in the atrium after long walks and felt safe walking around town even at late hours of night after visiting Christmas markets . Always a relaxing stay , staffs welcoming and can’t think of any better place to stay while visiting Bernese OBerland . "What a beautiful place to stay!! Right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Also 5 minutes from Interlaken West which you walk along a quiet road to get to the hotel - very nice since the town itself can be busy. Best time to go is for New Year’s as they have a huge festival the 1st and a parade the 2nd. 5 minutes from a very cute cafe called Velo, and very close to the Victoria hotel. Reception was fabulous. Gave you a free drink voucher to the restaurant next door (not sure if just for New Year’s). Also gave a transportation card if wanted but we walked everywhere. Then offered a bottle of water upon check out for our travels. Overall great location and place to stay! "
