"Great stay. No complaints."

"Very close to Interlaken West train depot and boat for LakeThun. Breakfast was included and served a good variety of pastries, cold cuts, yogurt and hot foods. Great customer service. Room was wonderful. The rooms are not air conditioned but it was cool during our stay at night and the windows opened. They provided many toiletry items in the bathroom including toothbrush/toothpaste, razor, sewing kit, and nail kit. There’s a grocery store next door and coffee shop and McDonald’s across the street. There are also some very good restaurants nearby and the Funky Chocolate Club is just a block away. It is a busy street so a bit noisy outside in the evening and morning when sleeping with the windows open. "

"Even though we have a normal room, we still able to see the mountain from the opening window. Location is right on the water , and a bit of out the central which is 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast offer a variety of options. My favorite are the juices choice ! "

"I had a great experience at this hostel. The atmosphere was very social, and I enjoyed sharing and speaking with the other guests. The kitchen and dining hall were lovely, fully equipped, and became the main place where people spent most of their time. The key card system was also fantastic. My only minor issue was that there was often a queue for the showers, so a smoother system there would have made the stay even better."

"In the heart of interlaken, with the best view of the snow mountain top from the dining hall. Very comprehensive spa facility with a Roman style open pool facing the Mountain View. The stay experience is unique and memorable. Room is spacious and comfortable. Impeccable service from everyone in the hotel. Highly recommend for anyone who would visit the area. "
