"Warm, friendly welcome following helpful pre-arrival communication re the restaurant and food options. We had a lovely stay at this property, our first time at Loch Ness and most eager for it not to be our last! Cosy lounges where we enjoyed platters of smoked salmon, white wine and cheeses paired with whiskey all in front of a roaring fire. Perfect! Comfy beds, lots of hot water and a delicious breakfast all topped off with outstanding customer service, nothing too was much trouble. "
