"Was a great night by the airport as we had an early flight the next morning. We arrived in the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised they had a free shuttle to Narita city which was a lovely place to see. Definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was amazing and shuttles service was great!"

"The hotel provide the free shuttle service which is very good. But compared to my previous experiences, not only Nikko hotel but most of the hotel with free shuttle service have reduce the number of free bus service to the Aron Mall and Narita station. .this is sad for me"

"My family and I have been blessed to have travelled to Tokyo a few times now and I have to say that staying at the Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa International was wonderful! Location, staff and service was amazing. If I have to be critical, be prepared to walk about 10-13 minutes from the nearest Tokyo Metro Station but once you arrive at the hotel, you have everything you need for your stay to be memorable in regards to shops right next door to the hotel and the hotel amenities themselves were outstanding! The room itself was great for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) ..very family friendly! Will be happy to stay here again for sure! "

"The hotel location is very close to Narita airport and they offered airport transfer from the hotel. I booked this hotel one night for my husband before he goes to Narita airport the next morning. It's convenient if you need to go to Narita early in the morning. They also provide free breakfast."
