"The Iowa House is closing soon and it's obvious that there has been reinvestment into the property in quite some time. Everything about the hotel seems to be outdated and is in need for updating or repair -- which obviously isn't going to happen with the hotel closing. So, with that, the service is excellent and the location is ideal. The $300ish dollars a night seems fair considering market alternatives. Just know that the place is pretty worn down. "
