Overall it was just okay, can't say I'll be racing back.
A few things:
- it took ages to be checked in
- no hotel/room information provided (i.e. food options, facilities, mini bar prices) either at check-in or in a compendium
- the room was pretty tiny
- the room was uncomfortably hot/humid when I entered initially (understand the need to conserve energy but it was a really unpleasant welcome when most guests have no doubt been travelling for a few hours)
On the plus side, it's very close to everything you need and the cafe downstairs is one of the very few options open for breakfast on a weekend in the area.

The staff that work here are AMAZING. Their customer service is second to none. The hotel itself is pretty good for budget accom (the walls are a little thin, and the air con unit is loud as it’s an old box style) however the warm friendliness of the staff overrides these small things. I would stay here again based on the staff alone. Thanks guys!!
