2nd and last time staying at this property and I will not be staying again. Its clean, and in a business area, however the service is not good. On my original stay we had to call the front desk twice within an hour for toilet paper and bath towels. No one came up to bring, my husband ended up having to go downstairs, after we called a 3rd time and they said that they were busy. We stayed this past weekend and had a similar issue, we waited 20 minutes called the front desk again and was told we had to go downstairs. Why did they make us wait? They could have told us the first time. Continental breakfast is not good either, basically all carbs.

When you walk in the hotel it’s clean, modern, beautiful but empty. Which could be good thing. In this case it was good because I don’t like a lot of people anyway and I loved the relaxation room by the front desk. Plenty of couches a TV and small bar. Very cozy. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. My stay was quiet and relaxing. For the PRICE it was 5 star. Definitely would stay again.

Our room had a few ants in the bathroom. The were minimal and we could wipe away. The clothes closet was small and coul not put luggage/bags in. But the Gym and pool was great. Breakfast was included which started our day well.

If they serve better breakfast menu options it would be nice. For the brand value and the price, I would have expected them to delight their guest experience around breakfast. The three key variables for success in hotel management are good bed, clean facilities and excellent breakfast. They failed on the last one.

The property is generally good. The A/C fan was a bit loud at night when you are trying to sleep. The bathroom faucet water flow was very slow. The shower was fine. There was a transient walking into the breakfast buffet area and it took a few employees to get him out.

Ventilation in the bathroom doesn’t exist (or not working AT ALL) and the window doesn’t open to allow air flow. The two elevators took forever to come to the 5th floor in the morning. The Hilton App wasn’t reliable and we got a parking ticket (we added the 3 nights of parking on the app when checked in via app). Everything else was very good.
