A very nice inviting property. I felt very safe there in the room was just so nice. The best part was the valet parking. It was excellent and well worth the extra price. The valet gentleman had my car ready and waiting for me the next morning and was very personable and helpful.

Enjoyed my stay. Only small gripe would be when I checked in at around 10pm the receptionist didn’t really explained fully what the hotel offers, as well as the total charges. I understand there are deposits that woukd be refunded but never told how much plus. After check out today has not been refunded yet so i can patiently wait. Other than that everything was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor/heated pool and jacuzzi. There was also an outdoor patio area which was nice, but the firepit was not connected or usable. On our first night (Thursday, December 26th), we ventured to the bar at 9:30pm, and the bar tender quickly and rudely told us that the bar would be closing at 10. The next day, the older gentleman tending the bar was much friendlier and offered excellent service. The staff didn't inform us where anything was including the pool, and didn't offer up any useful information about the hotel or surrounding areas either. The parking fee is a bit steep, and we were charged a $20 per night fee that we weren't aware of at the time of booking. The rooms were clean and had a Keurig coffee machine.
