"The PERFECT Anna Maria beach house! New, gorgeous, light-filled, immaculately clean: this house has been so thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, no detail is missed. Even better than the pictures. The vibe is luxurious but uncluttered, casual, comfortable elegance. Great views; best location on the island. The hosts are kind, attentive and easy-going. Can’t recommend it highly enough!"

" We couldn’t have asked for a nicer location to spend a week on beautiful AMI. Conveniently located to both restaurants and the beach it’s hard to top this spot. We loved being able to take just steps to the amazing beach. Whether it was an early morning walk, a mid-day swim, or an evening stroll to see the sunset, it all added up to making wonderful memories. The house had everything we needed to make us not want to leave! Sitting on the front porch for breakfast and being able to look out to the gulf was the best way to start the day. The pool and spa was where we spent the most time though. Perfectly relaxing and tucked away in back providing privacy. The host, Carolyn, was beyond kind and we have nothing but compliments to pass along. We look forward to coming back in the future and would not hesitate to stay here again."

"This property was exactly where you want to be! Walking steps to the beach, eateries and so much more. I rented a golf cart and didn’t need it because everything was in walking distance. The house was a great set up for my family as well. Bedrooms were very spacious and the double bunk bed room was just fantastic for the kids to hang out. Kids was great can’t say enough about having a gas stove was a nice bonus! Downside was really just I wish they had a pool. Location to the beach eased this for sure but would be a great had for them. "

"We enjoyed our long weekend at absolute paradise. The home is represented accurately online. Anna Maria vacations was great when we had a few initial issues at the house. Very responsive. Be sure to bring any cooking staples as there are not any cooking ingredients, spices, etc. in the home."

"This is an awesome house. A blend of remodeled with modern amenities and old Florida style, especially in the upper level. Beds were comfy. The views from the large windows in the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs living room are amazing! Walk out your door and across a tiny, sparsely trafficked street, and you are on the beach! Would definitely stay here again!"
