Amazing Stay at Aria Palace Hotel – Perfect Location & Excellent Service! ***** *Stayed: November 4th–19th, 2024* I had an incredible experience at Aria Palace Hotel during my recent trip to Istanbul. The location is absolutely perfect—situated close to a vibrant shopping area and just steps away from the Istanbul metro, making it super convenient to explore the city. The staff truly stood out with their friendly and helpful attitude. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, always ready to assist with any request or question. The room was spotless, thanks to the daily cleaning service. It was refreshing to come back to such a well-maintained space every evening. Breakfast was another highlight—plentiful, delicious, and with a variety of options to suit different tastes. Abdalla and Mustafa are welling to serve every guest to own best. Overall, Aria Palace Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Die Unterkunft ist zentral nahe zu Istiklal Caddesi aber die Umgebung ist nicht angenehm. Hotelzimmer war klein Frühstück ok Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer hellhörig, haben ständig Wecker von anderen Zimmer gehört

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Hotel. Das Personal in diesem Hotel war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren makellos, sehr komfortabel und wurden täglich gereinigt. Wir haben auch jeden Morgen das köstliche Frühstück genossen und waren von der günstigen Lage begeistert! Es fehlte wirklich an nichts! Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen! :) We had a great time at this hotel. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable and cleaned daily. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location! We really wanted for nothing! We can't wait to come back and can highly recommend a stay! :)

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten (das Zimmer war ungeeignet für zwei Personen, es gab keine Badezimmertür) konnte die Sache problemlos durch das Perdonal gelöst werden. スタッフの方々が、とにかく親切で優しく、常に笑顔で声を掛けてくれました。 チェックアウト後に、夜まで荷物を預かってもらったのですが、ピックアップしに戻ったところ、ハーブティーを入れてくれました。 いろいろなところに気を配ってくれて、心地よく過ごすことが出来ました。 次回も泊まるなら、このホテルにしたいと思います。
