A quiet sanctuary a short stroll away from the key sights of the old town.Perfectly located behind the Aghia Sofia mosque. Attentive front desk and waiting staff. Authentic Ottoman dining experience in hotel restaurant. Complimentary breakfast. Early morning call to prayer from the mosque quite audible but wasn't a problem for us. We booked a larger front facing room on fourth floor which had a bathroom and a jaccuzi in the bedroom. We liked having the extra space. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The location of the property was its best come on. It’s a bit noisy between the prayer every 6 am and other hours of the day and the trams coming every 15 minutes.

The staff was exceptional! Front desk and Restaurant both. Especially Sevgi and Yucel. So many things i wanted to see were within walking distance. Even as a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the area. Although, I was not out at night. The location was perfect.

Stay was good, but the room looks different from the images. - Breakfast was average and the coffee was awful. - Omlette station in the breakfast was really good and give many options. - Very close to most of the iconic sports in Istanbul, all in walking distance.

I loved this place. The staff was so kind and helpful. The location next to the Koptapi Palce, Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque was awesome. The restaurant was amazing! Wonderful food, service and view! Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the dinner was amazing! Flavorful and fresh. They have ancient recipes for some dishes that were incredible — hummus with currants and cinnamon, for example. It was a lovely place to eat. Better than other restaurants I found in Istanbul.

The staff were fabulous!! Incredibly helpful and friendly. The eating area was gorgeous…light and airy. The Breakfast was delicious. Location perfect. The rooms…if you’re on the 5th floor on the team side of the hotel you will literally feel like you’re sleeping next to the traffic. Super noisy. After one afternoon we asked if we could be moved to a quieter room And the hotel staff made it happen. If you’re a light sleeper (or any sort of sleeper!) try and make sure you have a room On the other side of the building :)

Bathroom is in terrible condition and very tight. There’s not much space around the toilet. Toilet is too close to the wall. I had to sit sideways. Rooms are not sounds proof. I can hear the next rooms noise. The noise or prayers from Hagia Sofia and blue mosque speakers prayers are very annoying all day and throughout the night.

Great location right next to Hagia Sophia but still quiet and relaxed. Helpful staff, nice breakfast, clean room, big bathroom. Would have liked a bigger shower but that’s a minor quibble. Would come back again.
