Very good position. Near transport,shops and restaurants. Boys at the desk were very helpful. There is actually a lift in these appartments . Around the corner is Galata Tower. Overall good stay with parents

Good but non smoking rules can be better enforced

The hotel is really nice. The staff is very friendly and always helped with every question. It was birthday and we received a free gift from the hotel in the form of balloons, room decorations and a compliment of wine and fruits. Great location and close to main attractions. Really recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel in the heart of Karakoy
Exceptionally clean facility and room. Very good 24/7 staff. Very attentive to all of our needs. Greta communication. Rooms and bed very comfortable. Bathroom what you would expect in a western hotel - very spacious shower. Overall I would give a ten!

New boutique hotel with fantastic staff
The hotel had only been opened a few weeks before our arrival. The owner was there to greet us even though we arrived late and was kind enough to upgrade our room to the one bedroom apartment. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and brand new. The staff are fantastic from the receptionist to the catering lady who is just brilliant. Overall it was a memorable stay and we will definitely be going back and stay here again.

Brand new hotel at very convenient location in the middle of everything! They serve delicious Turkish breakfast! Ferry and tramway is at 2 minutes walking distance. Also an available parking lot next to the tramway. The hotel location is also 1 block away from the night life area. The 200 year old baklava place is 1 minutes away! Friendly and helpfull hotel staff was there everytime we need them. They were also smiley and very warm. The room was super clean, and designed perfectly. The pricing rate was very budget saver if you compare with other hotels around for the service that we got. They also gave us an upgraded room because there was an available room! My girlfriend and I stayed there for 3 nights and we like everything about the hotel. If we go back to Istanbul again, definitely I will stay in this hotel!

الفتدق قريب جدا من غلاطه بورت ٥ دقايق مشي ومن برج غلاطه ١٥ دقيقه تقريبا وعلي بعد دقيقه واحده من مطاعم ومقاهي كاراكوي وقريب منه محطه بنزين فيها سوبرماركت يشتغل ٢٤ساعه ولكنه يحتاج لتطوير بالاثاث وتطوير بفن خدمة الغرف
