"Upon arrival you are greeted with smiles and helpful staff to gather luggage and help you to check you in. English speaking friendly staff in the front of the hotel. Unfortunately you are then inundated with staff required to offer you specials and deals they offer through the hotel, and do not take “no” for an answer easily. Throughout the rest of your stay anytime you walk through the front to the elevator to get to your room, you will be offered deals and promotions. This gets very tiresome...

"It was very nice. Large pool that separated kids from adults. Friendly staff willing to learn English as well as help speak Spanish. One down fall was they only served breakfast and dinner no lunch. But there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. And super market was only a 20min walk away. You have ac in rooms as well the hallways had ac. Comfortable beds nice bathrooms. No fridge in room, but said we should have. All and all I would give it an 8.5. "
