"Eaton is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, for good reason. The location is convenient, the hotel has tons of charm, and the staff are always friendly and responsive. The only slight downside was the condition of the room we stayed in. It is one of the older rooms that hasn’t been refurbished in a while, so the AC was a bit noisy. The room was big enough for three adults; my son had his own bed and the door to be separated from where we slept (privacy). The hotel staff was accommodating and kind. We would definitely go back! "

"Very nice place, rooms are modern and clean. Location is excellent. Only complaint was with restaurant. We arrived 20 minutes before breakfast was ending. We paid for our meal and were told we had 20 minutes. We were okay with this but unfortunately the staff began clearing all food from buffet within five minutes of us sitting.
