"Excellent hotel in Tokyo "

"The hotel is conveniently licated near the Osaka train station for JR trains, subways etc. It’s a huge hotel over a shopping mall which houses tens of very nice dining options. Hotel is automated for almost every aspect. It is no nonsense for amenities and supplies. The staff is very helpful. Especially Lee at front desk answered all our questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. We had a very nice stay. Higllhly recommend. "

"The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Shinjuku. You can walk to countless shops/restaurants, and even Shinjuku station! We didn't require our rooms to be cleaned during our trip, but it was really nice that there was always a bag of new towels and bottled water hanging on our door each day!"
