"We were greeted at the entrance and staff were so helpful to check us in using the automated check in machine. We stayed here on our last day and the hotel kindly held our luggage for the whole day after check out. "

"Small room, but exactly what I expected from Tokyo, no surprise there. The price was right too. It was very clean, but the cleaning staff kept leaving more towels and bathrobes for us at our door even though we didn't return the old ones or request any. Made the room quite messy very fast. Other than that, all the toileteries items were included and they were all good quality, but everything is individually wrapped in plastic... even individual Q-tips... Very close to Ryogoku metro station and so many corner stores (even has one corner store inside the hotel which was extremely practical). Great location! Even though the 30 floors are divided by two sets of elevators, going up or down can get quite long and annoying. All the amenities such as the self check-out, the room wifi, the view we requested as an extra to the room, and the room itself were all very satisfactory. Overall a great experience."
