"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"Nice property. A little further from metro but equidistant from JR line and Osaka metro. Vessels are provided and they provided drinking water daily. The washing machine and bathroom dryer was a bonus. A rice cooker and a couple of more vessels like salad bowl etc would have been helpful. We were plates shirt for the number of travellers. On request also wasn't provided but we managed"

" This room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids (age 5/10). I love how this was an apartment style hotel. We got a corner room, so the bunk beds were on the corner side making the room feel roomy. So close to Dontonbori. Close to 2 different train stations. Lots of restaurants nearby that you can’t go wrong. Coin laundry available to use and very convenient. I would stay here again. "

"Fantastic apartment-style room. We (2 adults, 2 kids - 8&10) had lots of space. The kitchenette allowed us to make our own beeakfast most days. The hotel had small appliances that we could borrow such as toaster and rice cooker. Laundry on site was quick and efficient. We could not have asked for a better hotel. The location was not ideal in that it was not very close to much of the shopping areas (eg. Nishiki market is about a 15-20 min walk). There is a grocery store across the street as well...

"A lovely stay, the amenities wrre great especially having the washing machine in the room. We really enjoyed our stay. The buses went from the road outside the hotel and went to the main spots around Kyoto. We really enjoyed this stay."
