"Really great location with the train and bus literally outside the front door. Very courteous and helpful staff. Spacious room. Nice pastries and cafe next door in the bldg and two 7-11s within one block. Nice guest spaces for patio dining and kitchen, tea coffee etc, coin laundry and gym. Only problem was my room was too warm and ac didn’t cut it (in December) but heard from friends staying nearby at other hotels were having same issue so possibly because they keep the bldgs so warm in the...

"Very Quiet, exceptionally Clean and Spacious rooms with excellent view of Yokohama bay and mount Fuji. During our stay there was full moon, extraordinary romantic view of water and city. Very friendly and helpful front desk and service team. Well organized fully functional built in kitchen and laundry."

"Beautiful view from our room. Only down side was our room was on the warmer side. And we could not figure out the AC units remote. Even with google translate pictures, the settings werent working. We resorted to opening the balcony windows and turning the heat off. Other than that the room was clean and an enjoyable space. "

"Very good budget friendly hotel. A 15 minute walk from Kawasaki station. Front desk staff very kind and helpful. No cleaning without request fee which I had no issue with. I would say again, I just suggest using a Laundromat to wash clothes. "
