"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "

"I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea. "

"Hotel was excellent! But we want to leave a few words about an amazing Chinese restaurant in the hotel. We had an amazing dining experience at this Chinese restaurant China House at the Grand Hyatt Jeju, so much so that we went two nights in a row! On our first visit, we enjoyed the hot pot, and on the second night, we had the Beijing duck—both were exceptional. The food was the closest to authentic Chinese cuisine we’ve had in Korea.
