"Service was excellent, from front desk staff to valet. They had the car already outside for us when we checked out. It seems to be an older building which they are working to improve. "A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju. "

"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. The room service food was great too, though I wish there were more selections and extended...
