"We had a problem with the first room because the powder room was not so clean (unsanitary stain on the wall) and one closet door was not working properly. However, the hotel staff was very responsive and accommodating; we got a new room with an upgrade and some nice touches (such as the kids robe and slippers). The city/mountain view from our room was stunning! And the beds were super comfortable. Loved the kids arcade and the pools. Appreciated the 7-11 and ate well at the Japanese restaurant....

"The hotel was nice and the staff was even nicer. He made sure we had plenty of towels and water, breakfast in the morning and greeted us each time we came in and out of the hotel. Our room was unique with a hot tub in the middle but it overlooked the waters of Jeju so it was very nice. The AC worked very well as well. "

"Real nice big hotel with large rooms. We were upgraded to a slighty bigger bed due to low season during Xmas. Underground parking available. Super nice heated pool with live performances at times. Will be back."

Room - was quiet on the 5th floor with excellent view from the balcony (west facing). Shower water pressure was medium. Bed was medium firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV. "Shilla Jeju was a very nice hotel for our 3 day vacation in JeJu island. As Americans from San Diego, this was a very nice and user-friendly hotel "
