"I was very comfortable in Dr. C's space. She was very communitive and superbly cordial. The property was well maintained and tidy. I loved the yard. "The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"

"It was as cute as it looked on-line and gave us a great space for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. That said, I would recommend that you rent this with loved ones as privacy is limited because of the indoor design. With no insulation or dry wall every noise is heard throughout the house! Other nice surprises: new AC units (very quiet), very comfortable beds, and an outdoor shower with good light. The street is very quiet. I was surprised that basic kitchen supplies weren't included...

"This place was great! A really nice alternative to a hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was great! Very quick assistance when needed. Our only complaint was could really use some new pillows. If available will probably try to stay here next year for our trip."

"We stayed here for a night while attending a concert at Jones Beach. It was the perfect quiet getaways for us and the two pups. The space is cozy, but had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The outdoor area was well set up on the water for a relaxing time. Michael was also very accommodating and extremely responsive, often responding within a few minutes. We would love to stay here again in the future. "

"We all had an amazing time. Convenience to the beach was a bonus. Spectacular views of the ocean n the bay. Plenty of space , screen doors were annoying ( but I also live on the beach and understand how beat up everything gets). Would definitely rent this house again."

"Stayed here for a girls trip. We were a group of 11. Most of the beds are doubles so probably can’t actually sleep 12 unless you’re a kid or on the smaller side. The way the beds are arranged requires one person to crawl over the other to get out of bed since they’re pushed up against the wall. (Not a dealbreaker but something to consider for guest comfort).
