"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Sam and all the staff were so friendly. The service was excellent and perhaps the best we have ever had in a hotel. It’s in a very convenient area close to transport - trams, buses, ferries. Great selection of places to eat too. Our room was large for 3 people. Beds very comfortable. We were only a few tram stops away from the touristy areas. Only negative was the bathroom - it was dated and the shower was tiny."

Location was down by the port which served me well to use the efficient street cars to get to the sultanahmet area very quickly—much faster than by car— not a whole lot of restaurants real close to hotel —walked up to Taksim quite frequently — but it was …UP .. so only to be attempted by a person with a reasonable level of fitness— i would stay here again "

"The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I could reach them via text on WhatsApp for directions when I was away, or for recommendations. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. When I needed something extra the staff found it for me. There was some light wear and tear on the walls, but nothing too bad. The area was easy to get to the Dolmabahce Saray and Taksim Square. We would definitely stay here again."

"I dont recommend at all. All in all my experience was horrible and i will give it (1/10) and the 1 goes to the location. -Rooms are literally “shoe boxes” no space even for the handbag. -Sewage smell at the room. -Some rooms with no windows. -Windows isolation is zero (you hear everything out in the street). -You can hear and track every toilet flush in the hotel from your room. -They have only single rooms, even if you ask for a double room you will just pay extra for the same single room."

"The apartment is really lovely and the host was very communicative and nice. That being said, there is a big issue with water leak in the bathroom and terrible sewer smell. We informed the host and they tried to fix it while we were there but to no luck. In addition, there was a water leak in the apartment underneath our terrace so one afternoon we had workers disturbing us as they were fixing it. I tried to attach pictures but hotels.com crashes each time."
