That said, we were more than disappointed with the service (evenings) which made us leave with “mixed” feelings. I would love to recommend this place but we did not feel “welcome”. "Super Aufenthalt, als verwöhnter Gast der Pletzer Resorts, hat mir ein bisschen was gefehlt. Allerdings ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es war der letzte Öffnungstag vor der kurzen Pause, da gab es zum Frühstück um 9 Uhr keine Gurken und Paprika mehr, das fand ich schade. Der Rest war toll, Wellnessbereich sehr schön, Zimmer wunderbar renoviert (ich liebe die Seife und das Relax Duschgel), die Hotelbar hat eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und alle waren sehr nett und haben uns sehr gut umsorgt!...

"We would definitely come back to Ruhpoldinger Hof, all staff was very friendly, our first night in Daniel greeted us with so much hospitality. The breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed our 4 days there. Shopping and restaurants just in walking distance. What a beautiful hotel, we will be back :)"

"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....
