Park Terrace hotel has wonderfully convenient rooms close to major attractions in tge middle of NYC, located 1 minute walking distance from Bryant Park. The rooms are small, but kept very clean and spotless. The bedroom and especially the bathroom were in pristine condition. The service from hotel staff was also friendly, courteous, and warm. Will certainly consider visiting here again!

This was a nice place to stay. It’s right across from Bryant Park and the NYC library which made it convenient to walk everywhere. The rooms are small but we didn’t mind the coziness. Would definitely stay here again.

Bedroom was very roomy and had a partial view of the park which was great. Really nice area around Bryant Park to walk, eat and shop. I thought the shower could have been cleaner especially the shower floor and drain area. There was only one elevator operation for a time and our group of 5 got stuck in that elevator with 4 other people for 30 minutes. The hotel was quick to respond, and the other elevator was working shortly after that also. We were given $100 credit per room to use in the restaurant for our inconvenience which we used towards breakfast the next morning. The food was excellent especially the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes!

I didn't like that the shower floor was slippery. I had to be extra careful. I will say everything else was just right. Pecora Bianca restaurant was a big win. Great service overall.
