"The experience was mediocre right from the start when the pick up wasn’t on time, then the room allotted had to be changed twice as the first room allotted was supposed to have some known pipe issues, the second room allotted was already occupied! When room service was ordered, the used soup bowl wasn’t removed for two days! Room service cleaning was requested but didn’t happen till the evening where the staff had to be reminded. "

"The hotel is overpriced. It does not offer several of the amenities advertised in internet by hotel.com. "This was a great place to stay for $20. It’s not far from Pub Street and the Riverside Night Market. The place was clean, the room was really nice and had the amenities needed.
