Outstanding elegantly designed boutique hotel. Service is beyond even world class 5-star hotels. You essentially have personal concierges. They were so helpful in booking a tennis court, reasonable transport, and making deals for massage. They even drove out to the airport after we left because my girlfriend had left a sweater in the lobby. You will have personal WhatsApp communication with these very well spoken English helpers. Amazing hotel that we cannot recommend enough to anyone staying in Siem Reap. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout the entire stay. They gave us excellent recommendations and helped us to organise all of our travel to the temples and to Tonlé Sap. The room was great and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We are vegetarian and they catered well for us. We also enjoyed the traditional dance performance that they put on for guests. Better service than in even the most expensive hotels we have stayed in.
