"Although our first night was spoiled because our room was booked next to a married family and friends whom talked/laughed and were very loud and obnoxious between 3:30am until 8am despite staff asking them to keep it quiet in the early hours. However, as soon as staff became aware of the problem they jumped on it and tried their best to help us. The manager apologized and was very kind and friendly. "It is very nice hotel, the view is pretty, but the staff are not trained at all, their is poor. The food is okay, heavy in the SriLankan food. I love the chef very helpful, excellent English, and pleasant. unfortunately I forgot his name. "

"The property location is on top of the mountain away from everything. The view from your room is spectacular and breathtaking. The property it self needs to be updated, shower seals needed to be re-cocked as it leaked all over the bedroom. Bath and Hand Towels are all stained and felt that it was not cleaned properly. Can’t comment on the facilities as we where out early and back late during our 2 nights stay with them. "

"It wasn’t good. We arrived late to nobody being around. We had to ask for facilities to cook and for the Wi-Fi, which didn’t work very well. The room wasn’t clean, with us finding hairs in the sheets the bathroom constantly smelling. I reckon once, it was brilliant but now it’s rubbish. Not even in a good location. "
