The only truth about listing is that it’s close to Plaza. It is really rundown with cosmetic “cover ups”. Will never book again!!!

I have always had good experiences with VRBO listings and became to trust the listings. I should have read the reviews before booking this place. After the stay, I read previous reviews, which I can affirm are true. This listing said up to 8 people with 2+ bathrooms. Luckily, we did not have 8, but only 5 which would be reasonable for a 2+ bathroom. Unfortunately, like previous renters we found only 1.5 bathrooms. Glad we didn’t have 8! But 5 people with 1 full bathroom was problematic. I also read there were not enough towels, which I confirm to be true. We didn’t have any bath towels or hand towels at all. Previous description of no Roku is confirmed as it did not have Internet access. Outdoor siding was missing so insulation was exposed along with exposed outlets compounded the issue. Luckily it didn’t rain. I increased the rating due to its location and management did respond to the towel request fairly promptly. It’s unfortunate that the listing site states it is updating the listing information, as it was apparently listed as a 3 bath originally. It is still a fraudulent listing but reasonably priced if you only want to sleep there, which is what we did.

excellent location. Advertized 3 baths had on 1 1/2 baths on the internet. Not enouch towels provided. Coffee machine didn't work but got one delivered next morning. Porch not safe with sofa on a slab and basement not secure to do laundry. WiFi didnt work most of our stay. Should I trust vrbo?

The main issue with this property is the COMPLETELY false advertising—we rented it because it said 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms in multiple places on the listing, and in fact it has ONE bathroom, and one half bathroom. So only one shower. List of good/bad/ugly details below: GOOD: location, three bedrooms, has water and power and heat pump, beds are comfortable BAD: only one bathroom, listing is totally lying about three. Washer/dryer is in a disgusting moldy and MUDDY basement without a floor, literal 6 inch mud between you and the units. Basically unusable. The musty basement causes the heat pump air to be super gross and smelly and pretty sure gave us all sinus infections. The listing says there is a firepit—no firepit UGLY: the porch furniture is old and half broken, one literally has a cinderblock under the seat where it’s broken in half. The driveway holds two cars and is clearly fully on this property, yet you only get one space—the same company owns all the houses in a row and they gave half the driveway to the house next door. There are NO towels in the kitchen, only one hand towel in each bathroom and zero washcloths anywhere. For six people for three nights we only had 7 bath towels. No washcloths. It says the house sleeps 8–not sure how unless you’re putting three people in the king bed and one on the couch? Several drawers in the kitchen are fully broken—they fall out when you pull on them. The kitchen has nothing usefl, the coffee pot is a Keurig.

What a great location! Walked everywhere’s! Main Street, Plaza, Nelson. Toms of places to eat and shop. Clean, safe and convenient! Hope to stay again.

Need Stuff Addressed
Nail was sticking through the floor in 1 bed room; kid cut themselves on it. Only had 1 skillet…. No other pots/pans which defeat one reason for getting a house… meals. It’s listed as 2 bathrooms. Need to state only ONE shower. There was laundry left in the washing machine. This is the reason for 3 stars in cleanliness. The Roku device didn’t work. Power issue. We had to use our power source to power it.
