"Great place, never disappoint. The buffet brekky was one of the best we've had in this trip. Staff are very helpful especially the one in Reception. The lady took her time telling us how to get to Nara Park with just one transfer. Even with Google maps, it helps that staff are able to give us more options. So the best tip us, when in doubt, ask help from your hotel staff as they are willing to assist in any way they can. We have been to Japan 7 times and we always have enjoyed our stay. Each visit us different, yet one thing is certain, the Japanese will always be there to help. Just ask nicely, it makes a big difference. APA amenities are also better than most hotels we stayed in, they are the only ones so far that gave shower caps and lots of bins in the room for all types of rubbish, plus several paper cups for our cold and hot drinks. Our room might be smaller than the other ones we stayed in but it made up for the great amenities suited to our needs. Arigato gosaymas APA and staff!"

"Comfortable and cozy big room. Comes with washing machine and little kitchenette with fridge. Bed and pillows is comfortable to sleep long hours. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. I’m thankful for their genuine kindness to assist as much as possible. Free shuttle bus service to Shin Osaka station which is very convenient. Highly recommended.
