"Facilities were good. Room & bathroom were of a reasonable size.... bigger that 3 others we stayed in during our time in Japan. Downside was the lack of English speaking staff... but Western Tourists are probably not their market. Ten out of ten for the staff trying to help. Breakfast was 'very Japanese' & I was frustrated that they would not / could not supply a bowl & milk so I could have breakfast cereal (that I bought at a local Family Mart store. "The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service."

"This hotel is very close to the train station as well as a Family Mart and 7Eleven. The food options in the are arent the fanciest if that is your thing, but there are good places to try tonkatsu or yakiniku etc. The hotel breakfast was also good. I was able to do laundry which was not expensive and the bed was probably the biggest Ive personally slept in in Japan. For this kind of hotel it was a very good deal."
