Ideal location for sightseeing with easy access to main transit lines. The local neighborhood is also very cool and a destination in its own right. This is our third consecutive stay at this hotel and it has never disappointed.

This hotel had everything we needed. It was quiet but also easy access to Shinjuku (walkable) and Shibuya. Small kitchen cook top and fridge allowed for making a simple breakfast. Our room even had a view of Mt. Fuji!

The price is great. The staff very friendly. I like the fact that there is no cleaning everyday but a bag of fresh towels and bottles water daily.

Hotel is slightly off the beaten path but still walkable to restaurants and trains. A market is right next door to grab breakfast or snacks for the room. Room was very comfortable for a family of 4. Parents had a private room and the kids slept in a loft above sitting area. I would recommend.

Small but clean and quiet. Well situated, just around the corner from Okubo situation and corner grocery store. Daily bottles of water were a nice touch.

All the arrangement/amenities are very tourist friendly. Clean, friendly staff willing to help the guests. Good location - w/in walking distance to Okubo and Shin Okubo station, Korea town, grocery shops, drug stores, convenient stores, good restaurants.
