"Quest was clean and the staff was friendly and reactive when I lost both of my keys on Christmas Day. "The room was clean. The room amenities were there in theory, but were not meant to be used in practice. The slit-like sink was 20 cm wide. The dishwashing liquid supply was barely enough to wash a few plates, and no spunge was provided. The microwave controls made no sense, and no instructions were provided. "Located in Frankton, Sudima was convenient for us as we flew home the following day. There were some shops nearby and a few eateries but we chose to drive into Queenstown for dinner. The hotel was quite new; the rooms and public areas are comfortable and in good condition, the staff are helpful. Breakfast was average in quality, with definite room for improvement. Fresh juice self serve machine was a big plus. Overall, we were happy with the experience.Despite being near the airport, we heard no noise. "

"Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Ate at the restaurant twice and it was delicious. Staff were lovely. Room was spacious. Only downfall was the hill to get to the accommodation. We felt like we needed to drive down to the main area of Queenstown, and parking in Queenstown is not great and all paid. Parking at the hotel is a first come first served basis and basically luck of the draw. This could be better managed."
