"We had a death in the family that required us to be in Augusta for two days. Instead of traveling back and forth we chose to stay. We wanted a hotel with a pool the children could enjoy. This was a perfect place to stay, the price was reasonable and was close to where we needed to be. We were also able to check in early which was extremely helpful. "

Felt very comfortable and very at-home at Benson Cottage - a great place to unwind and enjoy what Nature and the Moosehead Lake region have to offer. Our host, Tara, was friendly, easy to communicate with and kept the cottage well-stocked and clean. We wanted for nothing. I sure hope we can come back before too long!"
