"Our room did not overlook the beach but it was clean initially. We don’t think it was swept the last night. Overall nice seat. Some spring breakers next door were noisy two nights in a row, so security needs to make the rounds through the night. "

"I would rate the property of three star. It could be better. The one thing I didn’t notice on my first Barr bill when I walked in as they automatically give you on the bill at 18% tip, but you don’t realize drinks are pretty expensive all over Key West but when you have $100 bill you don’t know there’s 18% included than you tip on top of that I think they should say something but they don’t so that was a problem for me. The rooms are clean but they could use a makeover and I also was told by $50 per night charge was included when it wasn’t so when I checked out, I had an extra $200 bill for Hotel fees, but we don’t know what Hotel fees are"
