"Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was nice and clean. We were notified when they adjusted the central air to either heat or cooling so we could adjust the thermostat to our desired settings. Plenty of dining options within walking distance as well as the Yotsuya Station and multiple site seeing attractions. Would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. "

"Within walking distance to central Shibuya and the train station. Room cleans weren’t part of the package only fresh towels. And the bathroom was mouldy unfortunately - no silicon between bathtub and walls, grouting on walls dirty/mouldy. Rest of the room was nice. There was a balcony which we didn’t expect. "

"Great stay near the imperial palace in Tokyo, right by the station which is a great location and 5-10 minutes on tube to get to Shibuya - great connections for all of Tokyo. Quiet area in Tokyo which was nice. Hotel room was great, small room but enough space for 3 suitcases. Room was clean, had a bath/shower. Option for breakfast which we did not choose. Highly recommend"
