The perfect escape for outdoor lovers and adventure enthusiasts alike, this cabin is close to Kings Beach State Recreation Area, Old Brockway Golf Course, Tahoe Vista Recreation Area, Northstar California Resort, Historic Downtown Truckee, and Squaw Valley Resort. The area's trails provide sweeping views, whereas the stores and restaurants ensure your every craving is attended to.

After a day filled with brand-new adventure, warm up by the heat of the wood-burning fireplace. Pair your fireside chats with movie nights or board game sessions. When hunger arises, the well-equipped kitchen is prepared for all of your culinary ventures with stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Dining is made a breeze at the wooden dining table, al fresco, or on the screened-in porch.

Before the sun begins to set over the water beyond, throw your clothes in the washer/dryer for a refresh and head to the water to watch the stars fill the sky.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This cabin is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
