"Perfect location, lovely room. Was offered a ground floor room or a third floor room and opted for the third floor to try a minimise any underground/street noise which was perfect! I was travelling alone with my 6 year old daughter and felt welcome and safe throughout our visit. She thought the reception desk was really cool!"
