"The hotel overall was very nice, clean, good facilities, and the rooms spacious. Staff were mostly very friendly. The food and drinks were of good quality, but ridiculously overpriced. I understand there are overheads to making a portion of chips and a half pint of draft cola, but £9.00 is going too far. I hear the alcoholic drinks were even more ludicrous. "This property is set within an industrial estate across from the Aztec Hotel & Spa. You check in via the pub/restaurant next door called the Black Sheep. The supervisor was great & very accommodating to my daughter who is a wheelchair user. Room was excellent, quiet & clean. Great base for touring the area around, as long as you have transport. Would highly recommend & would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Beautiful building and a lovely patio with tables and chairs and beautiful gardens with easy access to the footpath by the canal. There is a nice sitting room with a bar by the entrance. My room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water for a bath. The only things that weren’t so great: my room was quite dark and the wifi didn’t work at all throughout my stay."
