"Everything was perfect. Loved it"

"First I will say the Villa we were given was comfortable and clean, the guest service was friendly, However when I arrived there was a sign on the front desk stating the main pool, lazy river, and slides would be closed for the duration of my stay. Those were the reasons I chose this resort over locations so to say I was severely disappointed would be an understatement, then to add to the disappointment I was charged the full resort fee even though the biggest without any offer of a fee refund....

"I enjoyed the room the we chose as it included a hot tub in the room. We specifically chose a room with a kitchen and everything worked perfectly. I still believe we had a smart tv as there was an option on the screen for us to choose Netflix but the tech that came to our room said the tv in the room was not a smart tv. As it was not super important to us to watch Netflix, we just left that situation alone and watched whatever was on the channels. I would book here again as it felt luxury with a...
