I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. We booked through Expedia and paid a portion in advance, but upon arrival, the hotel charged us the full price for our stay AGAIN. When I brought this up at the front desk, the staff was incredibly unhelpfulā€”especially one lady who made it seem like we were completely out of luck and had no choice but to pay full price. Her attitude was dismissive, and she showed no willingness to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the hotel itself was disgusting. The entire place was dirty, gross, and extremely run-downā€”especially the rooms, which were in terrible condition. On top of that, the environment felt unsafe, with too many questionable people hanging around at night. It was not a place where I felt comfortable staying.
