"wir waren zu 3t dort - sind ambitionierte Skifahrer - Lage des Hotels perfekt für Skigebiet Kitzbühel und Wilder Kaiser - Essen im Hotel sehr gut - unser 3er Zimmer im Stil der 90er Jahre okay - was gar nicht ging es gab keinen Zimmerservice - das geisst kliopapier gibg aus - Buchung war ursprünglich über Expedia - habe 10 mails zum Aufenthalt und zur Zahlung trotz Anzahlung bekommen - das ist nervig - bei 4Sterne S und entsprechend hohen Preisen hätte ich besseres erwartet"

"Das Team an der Rezeption war besonders aufmerksam und freundlich und hilfsbereit, außerdem waren diese beiden, die Dame und der Gentlemen 24 Stunden im Dienst, so schien es. Restaurant Chef beim Frühstück Sonntag war charming kooperativ und gab den Tipp mit dem Wildpark in Aurach, der sehenswert ist. Grandiose Lage. Das Hotel mitten in der Kitzbühler Altstadt ein Traum. 10/10 Excellent

"The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us. "

"We had a great week at this Tyrollean hotel. We were very pleased with our large room which had a comfortable sitting area as well as a balcony with views over the mountains. We especially enjoyed the food on our half board stay. The swimming pool was a great place for a dip after a day’s hiking. The hotel staff were friendly and always happy to help. "
