"Twin room was small and AC was too hot and I couldnt switch it off so lucky I could open the window to the -7c outside! Location was about 10 min walk from main rail station. "Self check in was very easy, and they gladly held our bags because we were early. Room was a little tight/small, but it was clean. We got a smoking room for some reason, so there was a noticeable (but not too heavy) smell of smoke. They provided a room and clothing spray, which was very thoughtful and we used it often. It's located very close to the train station so it was easy to get around. The free breakfast had a great spread of Japanese foods and some Western foods."
