"Hotel was within 5mins walking from Sapporo subway line. Convenient and clean rooms. Stayed in a family room with triple beds for 8 nights. Toilet is big as compared to tokyo hotels. However, 2 cons. 1. Can hear my neighbour closing and opening theirs doors 2. Water drainage sounds quite loud especially at night. Not sure sound came from where but was certain not from my room. Could not sleep well for 1st few nights but got used to it after that. "

"Great location minutes from megadonki and number of popular restaurants. Return stay after 10 years as I had good impression from last stay. Room size is big and bathtub is appreciated. Bath amenities selection is great. Had breakfast buffet which was delicious- Room does look old and lack of USB charging ports is minus. Hope the upcoming renovations will take care of these and I’ll be back with the updated room"

"The staff is very helpful but unless you know a little Japanese and have an excellent translation app, it may be difficult for a non-Japanese speaking person to get assistance. We were on the breakfast plan on the Royal level and it has a separate dining room for the guests. The breakfasts and service was excellent but waithelp do not speak English. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. "
