Not what you need at 11pm. Upon checkout counter not open. Even though sign on door and advertise 24 Hours. Did not get my key deposit back as I had to leave to get catch a flight. RM20 lost. "

"This property is very run down and poorly maintained. The staff are very courteous and kind but know they are in a loosing situation. Examples; no wifi on upper floors, the elevator only worked sporadically, the carpets and walls in the halls and rooms was stained and damaged, the lobby restaurant is very limited. This facility needs to go to a new Hotelier that can get it back into shape as it is in a good location. "
