"A perfectly fine hotel with access to the beach. The property is a bit simple and bare, just a small front office and then a line of bungalow type rooms nestled in a garden type space. You are about 100 steps to quiet, nice part of the beach and a half mile from the Haad Rin town where there are shops and restaurants. The rooms could use some updating or refining but you get what you pay for. "

"Wonderful property and staff Literally steps to the beach. Quaint little street connected to the property with very good western food 7/11 and mini marts within 5 min walk. Cute pool lots of families with small kids so not a party place but very cool and chill. Very calm water waist deep paddleboards available. Nice sun rise location if weather permits. Only negative might be pool hours 7 to 7 Great spot would return again"

"Nice quiet place for a good price. I liked the pool. Not many people using it with the beaches so close. Very peaceful for me. Simple place with simple rules. Respect your fellow neighbors, keep pool towels on the property (don’t take to the beach) and enjoy your stay."
