"I thought the price could have included breakfast. Also, once the booking was made there was not an option to cancel without losing the whole amount. I paid the whole amount up front. I think it showed a lack of good customer service considering the rigidity of the booking and payment. Overall my stay was pleasant and the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. A transfer to the airport was very convenient."
